Supabase Connection

Setup Steps

Create a Supabase project and open SQL Editor.
Run the SQL below to create the report table and private PDF bucket.
Open Project Settings, API, then copy the Project URL and service_role key.
Paste them here and save, or start Flask with the PowerShell env values.

Authentication

Supabase Authentication Settings

Use the anon key for sign-in and the service-role key only inside this local Flask backend.

Setup Steps

Create a Supabase project and open Authentication, Providers.
Enable Email provider. Mobile OTP is not required because mobile is stored only as metadata.
Copy Project URL, anon key, and service_role key from Project Settings, API.
Save them here. The first Sign Up becomes the admin automatically.
After that, admin creates and manages user IDs from this page.

Parsing Rule

Create or update bank-specific parsing rules.

Column Mapping

Use Signed Amount when one column carries signed values. Existing negative and positive behavior stays unchanged, and suffixes like (Cr) and (Dr) are also supported.

Add, rename, or remove bank or credit card names from the shared dropdown used in Convert and Rule.

Upload an Excel file to add many banks/credit cards at once. Use the template so the Bank Name column is read correctly.

Each bank/credit card shows whether at least one parsing rule is assigned.
